Hello Paul,

Please be informed that once AVG Secure VPN is installed on your PC, it will ask you to turn on the protection and change the location. Please click on AVG Secure VPN tile (It will be circled in green) and check if it is showing as "Your online privacy is Protected".

If possible please provide the screenshot of AVG Secure VPN interface to check and assist further.

I cannot determine if the secure VPN has been installed on my computer. Can you please advise.
