Please check whether Google play store login is done only with email da******@gmail.com (purchase email account).
In our latest version, you can activate subscription using "restore purchase" option.
1. Open AVG Cleaner Free/trial
2. Tap upgrade
3. Tap 3 dotted icon on top-right corner
4. Select "restore purchase".
If you are unable to find this option, please respond with screenshot of error message.

I purchased the avg cleaner for one year subscription the full app on April the 4th,
as you can see below:
Order number: GPA.331*************
Order date: Apr 4, 2018 11:02:27 AM IDT
i did a rest to my phone and reinstalled all the apps on my phone including they payed once but the only app thats askes me to pay again and to purchase it again is the avg cleaner.
I just purched it a month ago.
how can i can install the full app without the eds?

Select "YES" option for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and the operating system as "ANDROID". Fill in the details and click on the option "Request answer via email". Once your request is submitted, you will receive email from our mobile support team.
