If you have installed the latest AVG Antivirus 2017 version please follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-AntiVirus-or-Internet-Security-with-a-new-license-number to activate it using the license number that you have purchased.
If "Email Address" is displayed in "Subscriptions" window then click on "Log out" and "Remove License".
You will get the option as "Enter license" after performing this task and you can click on the option to enter the license and complete the activation.
