Hi, 

I was charged £44.99 on the 31/1/2020, description of payment being DRI*AVG Technologies. 

I have no recollection of ever installing AVG on my laptop and cannot find any details in my inbox to reflect this - it must have been many years ago if I have. Please provide a full refund as I do not wish to continue with this subscription.
