Can't seem to get a Live Chat. Here's my screenshot.AVG notice

I receive several alerts a day for:
We have safely aborted connection to n43adshostnet.com because it is infected with Miner…virus.

This pops up several times and popped up while I was typing this email.  What is this?  Why am I getting it?  Can I determine where it's coming from so I can make it quit happening?
