Recurring bankfraud infected files

I understand the inconvenience. Please provide the screenshot of the quarantine and also, let me know the MAC version, AVG version to assist further.

Hello every bodyl. 
I have the free version of AVG Antivirus and have been using it for a month but every time i scan my Macbook i am getting files sent to quarantine that read 'bankfraud' and 'restore PayPal account'. I only receive them when i have my email open. 
Has anyone else had this problem and can offer some information to help? 
I would appreciate any advice/help with this matter.
