Recurring message pop up

The last 2 days I have this message flashing up frequently. It tells me that it cannot scan emails as the content of correction is unknown. There is a link which I have clicked on but it tells me how to alter settings for encrypted emails but my emails are not encrypted as far as I can tell. I have checked my settings with Plusnet and it says no to SSL. Can anyone give me any assistance please?
