Recurring quarantine of below

I keep getting an AVG pop-up indicating "DOMA.txt as a threat and being placed in Quarantine which shows to be empty and "No nasty files here" displayed.  Also when I use the support option on the AVG screen, the screen goes all white and can't get rid of it with task manager unless I end task the AVG.
