Pop up is there all the time from switching on the computer. Version of AVG internet security is 19.1.3075

I am receiving a "Threat Secured" notification continually. When I shut down the window, it pops back up about 2 seconds later. The only option the notification gives me is to scan my computer, which I've done several times.
Any ideas on how to get rid of this.

Ok, im not sure how to be clearer about the issue. The pop up is there all the time. Regardless of what I am doing on the computer. If I am using microsoft word it is there, If I am using any software on my computer it is there. It comes up immediately after starting the computer. It is there regardless of what web browser I am using or web site I am viewing. It is there when I am not on any website or with any browser opened.
To sumarise and to be as clear as I possibly can, It is there all the time,except for the 2 seconds it takes to pop up again after I close it.
