Recurring threat with AVG Internet Security v16

Hello John,
We do understand your concern and we regret for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to inform you that since you are scanning a network drive the AVG program can remove the file's temporarily during the scan. The files might reappear while running a particular application or another files related to the .scr file. At that time the AVG program will scan your network drive again and remove the infection again. To avoid this we recommend you to manually delete all the files relates to the .scr file and check whether it resolves the issue.
Thank you.

AVG regularly finds and claims to successfully remove the Trojan Horse Bitcoin threat called photo.scr on the root of my network drive. I say "claims to successfully remove" because whilst the photo.scr file is removed by AVG, clearly it is only doing half a job, because whatever program puts the file on the network is not being removing meaning that every time I access that network drive AVG again finds and removes the photo.scr file.

What can be done to permanently remove the cause of this threat (not the symptom)?
Thanks, but how do I find out the name and location of "all the files related to the .scr file"?
Hello John,
Unfortunately since it is a network drive the files has to be searched manually on each folders and has to be removed manually.
Thank you.
