Hello Dale,
Yes, you're correct. AVG Shredder for recycle bin is available only in AVG PC TuneUp, it is not available in AVG Internet Security 2017.

I used to have AVG shredder attached to my recycle bin, somehow it has changed, tried all setting's cannot get it back on. Only way to safely delete is through Tune-up, long winded if just wanting to delete?
