You purchased AVG Secure VPN on 3rd January, 2019 for 2 years and we are unable to proceed with the refund as it has crossed our refund time frame of 30 days. We could confirm that auto-renewal was cancelled for this subscription to avoid future payment.
You've then signed up for a 60 day free trial of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device product on 7th January, 2010 for which auto-renewal service is disabled.
May I ask you the exact issue with AVG Secure VPN to resolve the issue?
