Reembolso de valor cobrado

Bom dia. Foi debitado hoje em meu cartão de crédito uma cobrança relativa a uma assinatura, que eu nem lembrava que tinha feito. A empresa deveria primeiramente questionado se eu queria renovar, antes de fazer a renovação automática. Sendo assim, solicito que essa renovação seja cancelada e o valor de 119,00 restituído. Obrigado.
