It looks like you have made a typo with the email address for one of the account in which you have been charged CAD79.99 recently for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN subscription as it auto renewal enabled. It also has AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices subscription. It is not possible to arrange refund for this tuneup as it doesn't come under our 30 day refund policy.
If you don't wish to use AVG Secure VPN, then we can arrange refund for it.
We can cancel the TuneUp subscription registered under incorrect email address and create a new one in the correct account which already has tuneup subscription.
Hence, you will get the validity added up.
