Referring case 17131117 20th December 2022 I want to send an Email to get further assistance

Ronelyn,

I was unaware I needed to respond to the link within 1 hour, which I did not, so I didn’t get an invoice and don’t know what amount I need to pay to get the activation code(s) for your product(s). My shopping trolley was empty.

I have set out below my understanding of what has been done to resolve the problem of getting my AVG Internet Security Package renewed.

Firstly  AVG debited my Master card  Account (ending in 6593)  A$ 94.99 on the
20/11/22  ( transaction  deda0e66-b969-ed11-b83b-8c44330ece67) on my Master Card Statement.   I assume it was my automatic renewal for my Internet Security.

Secondly on 18/12/22 I received a notice that my Internet Security Package had expired and I needed to pay A$99.95 immediately to continue my AVG Cover.
I paid A$99.95 from my Master Card Account using the attached renewal invoice
On 19/12/22.  The result was showing on my subscription account as being covered until 18/12/25 ie 1096 days.   Computer and Website and Email were covered and Hacker Attack, Privacy and Payments were not covered.

Thirdly as I had made two payments for my AVG Internet Cover, referring to file
17123679, I applied for a refund of one of the payments and received A$70.49 back to my Master Card Account on 20/12/22.  This means I have now paid out A$124.45 for my Cover. However my subscription record now shows I’m only covered until
18/12/2022.  Therefore I’m no longer covered according to by AVG Internet Cover as my Full Protection has expired. Please refer to file 17130553.

Finally today Ronelyn reviewed my file 17131117 to get some finalization on the issue
And also offered a tune up for an extra A$24.00 which is close to $99.95 plus A$24.00 which was a total close to my A$124.45 credit with AVG at the moment.
