With regards to my request to cancel my subscription - please refer to my chat with Dorcas from AVG Care dated 1st September 2024 with case number 21947135 - I was offered a full refund, and its process was actually being initiated while I was still chatting to Dorcas (I have copy of that chat if needed).
As of today, no refund of EUR 72.99/GBP 63.37 has been received. All my attemps to contact AVG Customer Service have gone unanswered, which makes the matter even more insulting and annoying.
Could someone have the decency to look into this and eventually process the refund as agreed?
It is unthinkable that you expect your former (and never, ever, ever again) customers to waste their time looking for a solution to an iussue that has been caused by yourselves.
