Refund and cancel

  • I purchased a new computer in March what I purchased would not down load on it Order Numbers are 1106214384739 and 1052797274739 what type of refund will I get, and Do Not Renew these
  • Chat Ended by Agent while I was typing
Refund and Cancel for this will not down load on my new computer, It's very hard to get anybody
there to respond!
