Refund asking for AVG tune up for pc and AVG secure vpn

bought 2 devices. avg secure vpn and avg tune up.
They both where several times downloaded, but both don't work.
As both devices not deliver what they should do, I will get my money refunded.
I can'email to avg personally, wich is also a bad thing for such a company.
So please advise me what I have to do.
