I got a message from my bank that AVG was charching me.I dont want a renewal, but I have been going in circles on the website. Nowhere can I actually do anything. So I decided to cancel the bank payment, since there’s not 1 way to contact someone or get the right information how to cancel and get a refund. Does anyone know what happens when you cancel the payment yourself?? Will I get rid of this horrible “product”.
