Refund did not work

please do not activate another avg issue on my card as i have another account with avg.

Hello. My AVG driver updater renewed it's subscription after the free trial and I did not know. I asked for a refund on march 23rd (the refund period was said to expire on march 24th) however I did not get a response or get my money back. The refund period has since expired and I still have no response nor did I get my money back. This is a big problem considering it was $40 and I asked for a refund during the period.

I used the refund button under: AVG Driver Updater for Windows. at https://payments.avg.com.
