No  I don't understand, Yes , I raised a dispute through halifax as explained above  but all I know is that someone has got £79 of our money, Do yourselves have this money or do Halifax have it ? Please reply asap

No e.mail has been sent to me at [email address removed] which is my e.mail address… If you have sent it to [email address removed] which is my son's address he will not be receiving it as he is seriously ill . Please resend the e.mail to [email address removed].  we have requested several times during our phone calls relating to this matter that any e.mails should be sent or copied into our own address.  Your personnel seem unable to follow these simple instructions.
