I am becoming increasingly frustrated by how difficult it is to communicate with this company. I have had to open an account to get this far. I have just been billed for a product I don't have or want. There is no record of my email address being used or of any product being bought, therefore I have no order number and so cannot use your automated refund service. I have spent a great deal of my valuable time trying to find any record/email/invoice…so far nothing. AVG you need to contact me. I want my money back.
