When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.
We have initiated refund for this product. Once we finish our internal refund procedure, the transaction will be processed by the payment operator. The money will be credited within 5 to 7 business days.
