Refund for AVG Security Identity

I signed up for a trial period for the AVG Security Identity on December 11 2023 and recieved an e-mail that my trial would end but I did not see the e-mail until a few days after the e-mail was sent so in the mean time AVG sent notice to my credit union for $99.99 to be paid of which my credit union put a hold on the amount till December 14 2023 to make sure funds were available. Funds were there to cover the amount of $99.99 but I needed that money to have to live on till the next pay day and had no intentions of renewing my subscription for this service. I have unsubscribed but it shows I have service till December 11 2024 and I would like a refund on the $99.99 immediately! I can not wait another 7-14 days!! Please give me my money back into my credit union account ASAP!!! Please respond! Thank you
