Back on the 15th of March I requested a refund for my cancelled subscription. According to your last reply, it shouldn't take more than 7 business days. It is now going on 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I would have written earlier, but had to return back to the hospital again and really need that money! Will you please look into this and get me my refund? Thank you for your attention.
Thank you Santhosh for such a quick reply to my inquiry. Yes, I would like to get a refund for the charge as I just don't have anything extra to spend for awhile. It isn't something I want to do, but it is something I have to do. Your product has been a real saver to my computer a number of times and will be recommended to everyone. If I can get a change in my finances, in the future, I will definetly purchase your great products once again. Thank you for everything!

I have been in the hospital and upon coming home find that my subscription to AVG was renewed (which according to the program itself I had until March 28, 2019 to renew). I was going to cancel since I cannot afford the program now with medical expenses. After canceling my subscription, I figured I was be refunded my money, but all I received is a letter saying that my subscription has been canceled, but I still have function of the program until 2020. This means no refund. I am not going to use the product anymore and canceled before the expiration date. Who do I need to contact about getting my money refunded?
