Refund for cancelled subscription required

I was sent an email in March advising that my subscription was unable to be renewed because my credit card had expired.  It was advised that to continue my subscription click on the Renew button.  I did not do this as I did not want to renew my subscription, but the subscription amount was charged to my credit card anyway.  I require a refund please.  I uninstalled it from my laptop  at the beginning of March.
