I have tried contacting AVG for nearly a month now with regards to a payment on my credit card that is not on my account. I have left requests here and at the sales support, while I have recieved automated responses to say my request have been recieved, still nothing has been done. (Refund request #02103175 and #02138535).
I will leave the required information again.
