I had an unauthorised payment of £149 taken from my bank account on September 12th 2023 and have been trying to obtain a refund of the full amount,i dont have an order number as i didnt order it and no Subscription on my account …please could you let me know when i will receive the monies back into my bank account .
ive tried chat support and keep getting disconected
