I have had nothing but lies as to when my refund will be with me for over five weeks now. Initially  7/10 days Yesterday the answer was 30 days the it has been refunded  "yet another lie"…WHO BUT WHO CAN I TURN TO??

I am in the UK  and have tried the published number (0800-085-4139)  without success since 17th june   Please will i obtain the refund if i call the US number .

Could anyone explain why AGV will not help regarding a refund for a product(AGV go Total care bundle) sold under their name on their helpline.
