Refund, how do I get refund for a product?

I see that you have an active subscription for AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp Unlimited.

Both this products use this different activation method.

You can either upgrade AVG Internet Security you have to unlimited version or get refund for this recent purchase.

I agreed to purchase an AVG security product that will not download due to "incompatibility with another AVG product that I already have" . Instructions said that I have to uninstall the other already paid for product, lose my money for that one, in order to download the new one. I do not wish to waste my purchase price of the product I have been using and am pleased with. So please refund my $44.99.
