Refund if payment sent after cancel for non renewal

My account was billed to renew my tuneup automatically. I cancelled my payment so renewal no longer needed but funds were taken out and refund in 3 days was offered from online request to stop Pmt. My account is being charged fees now and until reversal of funds are returned fees will remain assessed. Please escalate my reversal to correct the transaction and cancel my renewal ASAP.
