I just received an notification from my credit card company that my card was charged $49.99 by DRI*AVG Technologies on September/01/2020 for something I am absolutely sure that I didn't purchase at all. Could you give help for refund?
I have reported the transaction to Discover's fraud prevention service, but I also hope that the AVG team could take action to prevent transactions like this from happening in the future.
