Received email on 26 Jan, the subscription was renewed. I checked my bank account and it had already been charged.
I no longer have a computer, so this product is no longer needed, so logged into the AVG and a message in red about "Expired payment card". The card details were several months out of date.
Question 1: If the payment card has already expired, how was AVG able to charge my account?
Question 2: I followed the refund method outlined about 10 days into the 30 days, selected the refund button. I checked our bank account a week later and there was no credit - why no refund?
Question 3: I logged in again and it indicated the subscription was cancelled (indicating the refund process should have worked), so I followed the refund process a second time just to ensure it was completed. Now I have an email about activating. If I have unsubscribed and asked for a refund do I get this message?
