I had an automatic renewal taken, then spoke to an advisor who arranged for a partial refund and a reduced payment for my security package. I was supposed to get a confirmation email and refund within 7 business days but I’ve had nothing and can’t find where to speak to an advisor again… can anyone offer any suggestions please?
