Hi AVG you sent me an email confirmation for a refund for Secure VPN due to me having inadvertently purchased it twice. You said I would be reimbursed with 5-7 working days, I still have not received any refund. Your email was dated 29 March {Refund details Order number: 13003****** Amount: 107,64 € } today is 22 April!!! The refund invoice you attached shows Digital River Ireland but there is no contact details for them on that so I could chase them up. Please sort this out soonest for me or I will not renew any of my business with you in the future. Thank you in anticipation Robert Moorehead

I can see that you have received all the necessary notifications about the refund from our end (We (AVG) have sent a refund confirmation on
28 March, 2018 and Digital river have sent a Refund Confirmation on 29 March, 2018). Your account would have credited, please check with your back about this.

thank you for your quick response to my query. As I explained I did receive the refund invoice as an attachment to an email dated 29 March from Digitalriver.com. However the refund invoice is headed Digital River IRELAND
so I expected to receive further correspondence from them but I haven`t. I will check with my bank tomorrow and see if the refund has been received and the problem is simply that I have not been advised by them or Digital Ireland.
