We'll certainly help with your refund request. This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
We would like to inform you that the refund of your order has been started.
Once we finish our internal refund procedure, the transaction will be processed by the payment operator. You will receive additional confirmation in a separate e-mail from avg.cs@digitalriver.com.
If you have not received the separate email, please check your junk or spam mail filters. Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.

I am Anina Støttrup from Denmark. I have written to you before about money you have taken from my bank account more than one time, in fact once a year 3 times now i think. This is done by Dri * Avg Technol by Shannon, note number 25481049078031827860630. I dont know why you take my money each year Danish kroner 399,00 for something i don´t have. 3 years ago I did pay about Danish kroner 300,00 and I said then that I did not want it because you would not tell me what i did pay for. Now I have found out that you keep on taken my money 399,00 every year. I am not protected by you and I do not want to be, so please send me my money you have taken back to me. I have told you before that i do not want you or your protection but since you haven
t answered my last mail even if you said it was send correctly I have written once again I am 72 years old and I cant afford to lose that amount of money each year and it
