Hello I asked you the refund of my purchase AVG because I do not find it adapted to my needs.
I am within the withdrawal period of 30 days of the order N°: ************** so I can be refunded but you have still not followed up on my request paid by paypal. Thank you kindly refund me as soon as possible because you made the direct debit and I do not want to keep this subscription (see my previous email)
