Refund of remaining subscription time

We have checked the case history and realized that our technician suggested you to contact the system manufacturer for keyboard issue.
I couldn't locate any case related to banking site issue. Are you able to access that site when AVG is disabled?

I am continuing to have problems with being able to get into my secured checking and banking account.  I had problems with both of my laptops and desktop.  I have contacted you before about this issue and was told that I had to contact ESET so they could fix the problem.  I did contact them and they told me that because I had AVG on my laptop and desktop, they couldn't fix the problem without deleting the AVG program.  I will tell you that until the recent "fix" that seemed to work after the work was done.  I haven't been able to access my secure banking program since that time.  (I don't know why not because until the last AVG fix) i was able to get on my banking program problem.  Since it seems that now I am either going to have to delete a program or continue to not get into my banking program, I would like to see if I can get a refund for the remaining time left on my proscription.
