When I received a notification from AVG regarding charging a subscription of USD49.99 to my Credit Card, I immediately submitted a request for a refund as I was not aware that you straight away charged me before the expire of 30-day Free Trial and I received an acknowledgement from you with regret. When I checked my October Credit Card statement, I found that you had charged the subscription to my Card on 13 Sep 2018 (Ref No. 74579168258074639189559).
I checked with the Credit Card Issuing Bank this morning and was informed that so far there is no refund from you.
I would appreciate if you could let me know when I can get back my refund. Thank you!
