I have just noticed that my VISA account has been debited $93.99 for AVG Internet Security which I no longer use or want. I have deleted all AVG from my computer some time ago as is was not compatible with some of the programs I am running. As I do not want this subscription I would like a refund for the amount debited. please delete the saved VISA details and all account records you have for me. I need the automatic renewal turned off. I have just created a log in and there is no history linked to the account allowing me to remove the renewal. The account number listed on the invoice you emailed was 448000967734. ref 74313197054. Please refund the money debited. Delete the subscription and the automatic renewal.
