I have an issue with the TuneUp auto renewing ( at full price too, even though it's available as a deal to me at half price ) and the fact that it doesn't show up on my account. It's activated and shows up on my dashboard, but not on my AVG account, where auto renewal and the cancellation options would show. It was purchased through AVG. The phone number given for the UK to discuss the matter doesn't work, and something needs to happen soon because I'm running out of time on this. I wish to cancel the product as this is an unacceptable situation that shouldn't happen at all.
