Refund request for AVG

hi, i already checked my account and still, no money had been transferred. how do i solve this? are you sure you've already processed it?

I subscribed for the trial of AVG tuneup, I was automatically billed for the subscription. i do not intend to purchase the product. I requested for a refund and got an email saying it was already on the process. It's already been almost 7 days and i still haven't receive my money. when will i get my money back?
