Refund request of £74:99 refused

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed AVG Internet Security on Nov 06, 2019 at a charge GBP 19.99.
Our refund policy allows us to initiate refund for orders that are within 30 days of purchase.
We're unable to locate the other charge £74.99. As it isn't recommended to share the order details over this post, we've sent you an email requesting few info.

I recently noticed in my PAYPAL acc I had been charged £19:99 and £74:99 within a month of each other I notified AVG but didnt get a responce I quiered the charge with their accs and cancelled the £74:99 charge with the promise of  a refund this as since declined becuse of the 30 day clause. But AVG are coming up with a date  months earlier that I dont recognise.,
I think they are very unfair they let you open a free acc then start bombarding you wit subsciptions which is one I took up but no sooner paid they are saying I am not protected from this or that and I decide enough was enough I want my money back.
