Refund request

Dear All,

In August 2025, I used AVG TuneUp trial pack. On 26 September 2025, I unsubscribed this package and deleted auto pay option too as I was no longer using that device and I also felt too many subscription, so better to opt out. BUT on 29 September 2026, ₹1999 was deducted from my account, stating auto debit for AVG TuneUp package. Immediately I contacted customer service and Chatted with Ms. Evelyn, customer service executive and detailed the problem and requested for a refund. The request was noted and accepted with referencenumber 23773784 and I was informed that I would receive a confirmation email from AVG regarding the refund within 7 business days. I wonder when these 7 business days would end. I am still waiting for their email and for my refund. Kindly request the concerned to look into this matter and resolve the issue soon and refund my ₹1999 ASAP.
