I'm so frustrated with AVG. Currently subscribed to multiple products, tried something new on March 23. It has not worked at all. Tried to cancel and get a refund and just move on, but it seems like they are great at taking my money but the run around I'm getting on this refund has been crazy. It's $59.99 and I've spent too many hours online with them trying to get it too work. Now I asked them to cancel and refund me. Another hour online with them tonight and their "so called" customer service has not been at all helpful. They left me with the answer that someone will contact me with 5 to 7 days through an email. So frustrated.
