Following the response from Priyanga
I would like  a refund as the AVG protection is for a device already protected by your 2 year subscription…I did get a notification but it came to' New User' and I assumed it was a scam as it also came on the outlook account… I want the subscription on the outlook account cancelled as it is not needed and the refund I expect
