Refund/subscription

I am another angry customer however I understand the process. I have been charged for a PC TUNE UP kit which I never needed nor asked for. I have then gone to unsubscribe through the AVG Website. All went well "Unsubscribing Loading" then after a refresh of the page it wont let me unsubscribe and says the product is now active? It seems like a bit of a scam and im not very happy. Please get back to me ASAP. P.s no I haven't and do not plan on using it

The refunded amount will be returned to the payment method used to make your purchase within 7 business days.
