Refund subscription

We are unable to find any charges relating to 104.90 EUR.

Upon checking your account, we could see that the last order to renew your subscription for the AVG Internet Security is in unpaid status (109.99EUR).

Therefore no money has been taken by us for the renewal. We have also cancelled the auto renewal for the subscription so that you will not be charged again for the same.

In case you have been charged already, the funds will automatically be refunded to your account. If you do not receive these funds within 5-7 business days, we recommend that you call your bank and enquire about it.

I canceled my AVG subscription due to the use of a PC from the company where I work.
You have deducted 104 euros and 98 cents from my bank account.
Is it possible to refund this amount to my bank account, since I no longer use your services.
