I’m worn out going around in circles with this mess. Is it possible to talk to a person? I just found a charge at my bank and I need this refunded. I do not wish to keep going around trying to find a form or anything online. I just want a person to help me and take care of this. Does anyone have the phone number for customer service? Is there one?
Charges are: Sept 2, 2024 $49.99, Oct 16, 2024, $129.99, Oct 15, 2024, $43.99, Oct 15, 2022, $57.36, July 7, 2022, $90.29, May 9, 2022, $00, March 7, 2022, $57.36. Total $436.58. As of this wriring they are trying to bill me again For Breach guard that expires 10/15 2025 and AVG internet security that expires 9/2/2025. Judging by the other posts oin this thread it is obviuous that this is not a unique situation. I could give you all of the codes for each charge but I only have so much time. So here I am waiting for a response. This is aa SCAM
I have reviewed my account activity over the last 2 years . I have found 7 charges to my account with different order numbers totalling $436.58. Now I am being told that I need to renew and pay another fee… I have plaayed the data bank game for about 12 hours total, with one attempt resulting in an unknown live representative whose primary purpose was to steel my identity remotely. This is the end of my patience… So far it is a massive rip off of a large amount of money. I tried to include my cell phone as an added device only to be charged even more on a monthly basis. Can anyone help me?
