So, I was billed via PayPal for a subscription I am told I don't have because there is no matching email address. There isn't an email address because I clicked the link from the free version and subscribed to Internet Security and Tune Up. It asked for payment information after the free trial and I registered with PayPal. I don't need multiple devices, I only have one PC. I checked my email as the free trial said it would alert me 8 days before the trial ended and there was no email. I can't unsubscribe or cancel because there is no option. AVG used to be a good product, but this issue has me extremely frustrated with AVG.
